Dear Vongolians,

There are complains and logs highlighted on attempts in selling of in-game items from the CL guild, I will not say who, and it is strictly prohibited.

Both sellers and buyers will be given a straight IP ban with the removal of accounts, characters, inventory, storage and cart. Attempting to sell will result in a warning 1st and/or IP ban if caught.

This is to prevent any scam related incidents to happen. If such things were to happen, I will not step in. I repeat,
I will NOT step in.

Do note that such sensitive conversation and trades WILL be recorded and WILL be highlighted to me in my Logs. I will close an eye for whatever cases that is currently being highlighted to me. Do not attempt to try again.

Dear Vongolians,

I am currently setting up the dedicated host for our server. To prevent any let down to all our Vongolians, I came up with some ideas to get donations monthly for hosting payments.

There'll be 10 Monthly Donation slots. Once it is filled up, those who wish to be one, will have to wait for slots to open up. Anyone can join, but they must play their part for at least 3 months, minimum donation of $20 and must be constant every month. The amount may increase/decrease. Dependent on the hosting cost. Break either of this for no reasons stated will not get you any punishments but your trust will be gone forever.

Donations above their monthly donations are still accepted. But will not be count towards any incentives gains other than donation points.

Real Life Incentives

For every $10 In addition to the initial $20, 0.5% of excess donations (if any) every month will be returned back to you and 0.5% will be given to you as donation points. (Up to 2.5%) (Eg. $30 = 0.5% | $40 = 1%)

I'll be creating a Raffle from donations, winner will receive different real life prizes each draw. For monthly donators, you'll recieve 1.5x the chances from your monthly donations.

Prioritized Players/GMs Cohesion invitations in countries that has an old enough GM there.

Game Relations
* There is absolutely NO BOTTING, hacking or any use of a 3rd party program (this includes macros). The only legal exception to this rule is the use of legal AI homounculus/mercenary scripts, such as MirAi If said server offers it.
* You may only use the current official VongolaRO client to play on our server(s). Use of other clients or older and not supported clients will lead to your accounts being left in the dark on all updated items, hairstyles, etc.
* Do not spam skills OR chat (consecutively using a spell for no apparent reason) the following skills in any town (events and non-crowded areas are an exception):
o Skills that hinder player movement: Ice Wall, etc.
o Area/Ground skills: Storm Gust, Magnus Excorcismus, Bard & Dancer songs, etc.
* Exploiting/Abusing bugs that result in the gain of large quantities of zeny, items, or disrupting the server will result in a ban. Reporting a bug of this nature will result in a possible reward.
* Do not pretend to be a Game Master, or be affiliated in any way with the GM team. Do not name yourself similar to a GM, past or present.
* Do not attempt to sell items, zeny, or accounts for out of game items or currency. This includes all types of items, both electronic and physical. If you buy items, zeny, or accounts with out of game items or currency, we reserve the right to confiscate the purchased items without compensation or warning.
* Do not trade items, zeny or accounts for items, zeny or accounts on another server. If you get scammed due to a Inter-Server trade, we will NOT help you. If you advertise or promote trade between servers you will be punished.



Player Relations

* Respect all players. No harassment or discrimination is allowed. EVER
* Do not attack or loot other players' monsters without their permission. This includes the use of the "Greed" skill during events, or in the field.
o A monster "belongs" to another player if it is attacking, being attacked by, trapped by, or following that player.
o When casting area attacks, make sure not to hit other players' monsters.
o Monsters that give the MVP sign when killed are exempt from this rule.
(Exception: You may not keep following another player around killing/looting their monsters without their permission.)
o Intentional over-excessive buffing of monsters with intention to MPK (monster player kill) is not allowed on any maps. This also pertains to MVP type monsters.
* Do not frame/bait players into getting them punished. This applies especially (but not limited to) to greed/KS/and harassment cases.
* Do not warp players using Warp Portal without their permission.
* Do not use Azoth or Hylozoist Card in any town. Violators may have their Azoth/Hylozoist Card confiscated.
* Do not trap others players with skills, such as Ice Wall.
* Purposefully gathering normal monsters and leading them to another player with the intention of killing them is not allowed.
* Do not scam people of their items, accounts, zeny or ad credit.
* Watch Where you are vending, or setting up an AFK chat.
o Do not vend or open chats on the street.
o Do not vend or open chats within 4 tiles of an NPC or entrance warp.
o Do not attempt to pass off an item with a lesser value as an item with a greater value (false advertisement).
* Each new player to our server is allowed ONE character to level 99. This means one ever on our server, once in a lifetime per person. Not one every time you run out of spaces and make another account. With this comes rules:
o Do not beg a GM to make you 99, we will let you know if you are allowed to have one turned.
o Do not try to tell us that you have never had it done before. We check.
o A GM will come to you! Do not go to a GM asking.


Alchemist Related

* Do not kill other alchemists' plants without their permission.
* Monsters that an alchemist's plants/homunculus are fighting belong to that player.
* Do not allow your Homunculus to attack other players' monsters. Use the "Stand By" (Alt+T) command as necessary.


Game Master (GM) Relations

* GMs will never ask for your items or password!
* GMs will never give away any zeny, items, or tank players. GMs may, however, give out items as a result of an event.
* Do not disrespect past or present VongolaRO staff members.
* Slander and Libel is considered disrespect and will not be tolerated.
* Do not spam messages to GMs.
* Do not ask to be a GM.
* GM personal information is private.
* GMs reserve the right to ban/mute for rule violations without warning.


Account Related

* You are responsible for your account's security at all times. Choose a strong, secure password that you will not forget.
* If you give out your password to anyone, you take FULL responsibility for their actions (including botting/scamming/item loss/character deletion).
* It is not allowed to move/sell items from an account that does not belong to you, but which you have access to, without the consent of the owner.
* We are not responsible if your items got stolen because someone guessed your password, or because they deceived you.
* Item reimburse after being hacked/scammed/etc. is a NEVER.


War of Emperium

* Do not destroy your own Emperium (e.g. using Homunculus, Gravitation Field, etc.).
* Do not summon Transcendent Characters in Non-Trans Castles.
* No underhanded tricks (spamming trade requests, party invites, PMs to distract, etc.).


Reports

* When filing a report, you need to be registered on the forums.
* Before posting the report, please make sure that you follow these guidelines:
o Killstealing/Looting/MPK: Screen Shots are ALWAYS a need
o Bugs and Errors: Do not abuse, wait for a GM and write down the Error
o Harassment: Screen Shots are Needed
o Botting: Do not Be aggressive with the player being accused. Screen Shot it, and we will do our job.


Other

* Do not advertise or name other RO servers, server websites, or any type of inappropriate websites (ie. adult content, hacks, bots, etc).
* If someone apologizes for breaking a Player Relation rule accept the apology and move on. Do not harass, swear at or threaten them.
* Do not attempt to cheat the system! Attempting to create loopholes or trying to get around existing rules by cheating the system is both harmful to the server and disrespectful to the staff. It will not be tolerated. Individuals who attempt to fool the system or staff will be banned without warning.
* These rules are subject to change without notice.


Item Recovery Rules

To prevent item and zeny loss, please follow these rules carefully for your own security. We reserve the right to either refuse service or charge an Item Recovery Fee if you do not follow any of these rules.

* Do not loan another player your items or zeny for any length of time, regardless of who that other player may be. Item theft is commonly committed by friends or guild members.
* Don't ask another player to transfer items or zeny for you. There are other, more secure methods for transferral, which can be found here.
* Never give out your password to another player. Please remember that you are responsible for actions on your account. Furthermore, if you believe someone knows your password, you can change it through the Edit Account option.
* When trading or giving items to another player, check the player name at the top of the trade window before finishing the transaction. If you are standing in a crowd, take a few steps away to make sure you are trading the correct character.
* For your own protection, take screenshots to document the trade. Take screenshots of both players agreeing to the deal, as well as all trades involved.
* When mailing items to yourself or another player, make sure that you have the correct name prior to sending the item or zeny. Misspellings will result in a non delivered mail, which is unrecoverable.
* If you are scammed or have your items stolen, report the incident immediately. If you do not make a report within 24 hours, we may not be able to help you. (Remember the name of who asked you in the first place. Or SS it if you are suspicious)
* Do not give your password, account, or items to anyone claiming to be a GM in-game. GMs will never ask for these things, and another player is likely trying to scam you. Instead, take screenshots and submit them in the report section of the forums.
* When dragging items from your inventory, keep the equipment screen (Alt+Q) open. This will prevent you from accidentally dropping an item on the floor.
* When selling items to an NPC, make sure you are not selling anything that you would like to keep.
* When creating a new item from existing items through an NPC, please remember that an NPC cannot differentiate between carded items and non-carded items. NPCs may also use equipped gear to create the new item. Make sure you are using the correct items during this creation process. For your own safety, bring ONLY the necessary gear when you create the new item and place the rest in your kafra..
* When vending, double check your prices. Players often make typing errors and sell items for less than they intended.
* Do not attempt to deceive the GM team. We reserve the right to deny service if a player seeking Items, Zeny, or Spamming for Super Buffs in towns. Furthermore, this offense may lead to punishment on the offender's accounts and IP.

Vending Rules

* Do not try to sell items with a lesser value for a higher one.
Examples: Gold Ring instead of Celebration Ring, or a non-slotted item instead of a slotted one.
It is considered as false advertisement if you...

* ... put non-slotted items in between slotted items in your shop.
* ... put Gold Rings in between Celebration Rings in your shop (same goes for other items with similar sprites).
* ... advertise an item (e.g. Celebration Ring) when only selling an item with less or no value (e.g. Gold Ring).
To avoid false advertisement, do not mix non-slotted items and slotted items or items with similar sprites in your shop.
To avoid being tricked by someone who is breaking this rule, look before you buy!




Important
* You are responsible for your account's security. Choose a strong, secure password that you will not forget.

* Do not abuse the BC (Broadcasting). This includes harassment and insults.
* Avoid creating unreasonable names: avoid using symbols or inappropriate names
* Always be respectful to GMs
* Do not ask to be a GM or Sub-GM, if we need one, we will let the server know.
* Impersonating a GM is strictly forbidden. Anything similar
* Selling items to people for real money is strictly forbidden!
* Do not create a guild with a similar name as another existing guild or use an emblem that is already used by another guild
* BOTTING is strictly forbidden as well as the use of any kind of third party program.
* Hacking the server in any ways will be severely punished


Important Reminders
* DO NOT give your password to anyone not even GMs! We will never ask you for your password!
* No LOST/SCAMMED/HACKED items will be given back! Such cases often happen due to players being carefree and giving out their passwords or not paying attention to trades/vends.
* DO NOT beg a GM for items, to make you 99, to unban a banned account, etc. Constant Violation of this rule will result in an IP ban.
* DO NOT think you are smarter then a GM, if your account is banned, do not use multiple computers to create multiple accounts. We will find you.
* DO NOT ask a GM over and over the SAME question. If you don't understand Scroll up in your chat log.
* There are GMs online, and DIFFERENT kinds of GMs, some who can super buff at +100, those who can super buff at +50 and those who can not super buff at all. This means:
o Not all GMs are the same, so do not think they are
o Do not complain if you get the GM online at that moment in time who can not SB +100 or who can't SB at all.
o GMs are not your SB slave, Do not think we HAVE to SB you, Sb is a privilege that we can take away.

How to Register with _M/F method:

Example: You want to make a male account with vongola as your username and 1234 as your password.

1) Run the Client, Vongola RO.exe

2) At the Login Screen type in:
Username: Vongola_M
Password: 1234

3) Your Done!

If you wish to make a Female Account, Use _F instead of _M.
